Certainly! Our crew representative will walk you through the areas where cleaning has been performed, demonstrating a comparison of the before and after work. The client is free to open any dispute or lodge any complaint during this period which will be addressed without any extra cost. Additionally, any problem regarding our service can be communicated within 24 hours, and we will send our best expertise to resolve your issue on an immediate basis.

3. Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

It is completely your choice. You can be present at the property premises during the cleaning process or choose to stay out as long as you provide us with the keys and lock for opening and closing the place. In case of an alarm system, we will have to be notified about the code. We will make sure that everything is locked, secured and at its proper place before leaving.

4. Are your cleaning chemicals safe?

Absolutely. At Sparkling Shine Cleaners we have a strict policy of using professional-grade, organic and biodegradable products that are completely safe for your family, children, and pets. Our vacuum cleaners have HEPA filters that are designed to clean sever allergies from dirt to dust. Even the rags and sponges we use for every home are brand new to avoid any cross-contamination.

However, we do use chemicals for oven cleaning purposes but only after approval or a special request from the clients.

5. Can I tip?

Our cleaning staff works extremely hard, and any amount of tip either in cash or billed to your credit card will be gladly accepted.

6. What is included in the cleaning?

We follow a checklist for quoting an estimate:

  1. 35 point checklist (for furnished home)
  2. 23 point checklist (for empty home)
  3. If you want us to follow a personal itemized list, then you can directly call us for customized pricing

7. How long and how many cleaners do I get?

It depends on the nature of your work. We will assign a dedicated team to your service which will overlook the entire cleaning task of your property. From one housekeeper to a team of about five professional cleaners for larger projects, we will facilitate you with the best.

Generally, for our weekly, bi-weekly and spring cleans, there are around 2-4 cleaning agents that work diligently to deliver a fast, efficient and reliable service.

8. Preparation before my service?

You do not need to do anything. When we take charge, we ensure that everything is looked upon carefully without disturbing our clients in any way possible. Our job is to give you a stress-free neat and clean environment without any hassle and thus will look after your every cleaning need.

However, kindly place the bed linens that need to be changed on their designated beds and please pick up any jewelry or any small valuables fallen on the floor to avoid it being vacuumed by accident.
